What do you think is the key to success? 

I think is self-discipline and grit.

1. stratospheric 極高的;非常的

  • very high or great

ex: It's an amazing camera, but the price is stratospheric! 

2. drop out 停止;退出;中斷

  • to not do something that you were going to do, or to stop doing something before you have completely finished

ex: He dropped out of the race after two laps.

3. context (事情存在、發生的)背景,環境

  • the situation within which something exists or happens, and that can help explain it
ex: It is important to see all the fighting and bloodshed in his plays in historical context.

4. grit 勇氣,毅力

  • courage and determination despite difficulty

ex: It takes true (=real) grit to stand up to a bully.

5. stamina 耐力;耐性;持久力

  • the physical and/or mental strength to do something that might be difficult and will take a long time

ex: The triathlon is a great test of stamina.

ex: This is no time for procrastination - we need decisive action.

ex: The disease has continued to perplex doctors.

3. hypothesis 假設,假說

ex: Several hypotheses for global warming have been suggested.

Introduction 

Tim Urban talked about his experience of procrastination. 

Both brains have a Rational Decision-Maker in them, but the procrastinator's brain also has an Instant Gratification Monkey.

Rational Decision-Maker will make the rational decision to do something productive, but the Monkey doesn't like that plan, so he actually takes the wheel.

The fun you have in the Dark Playground isn't actually fun, and the air is filled with guilt, dread, anxiety, self-hatred.

There is two kinds of procrastination, first is there's deadlines, the second kind in situation when there is no deadline.

I prefer to work from home with my colleagues.Because working from home can save a lot of time. You don’t have to spend time on commuting. You can use time more flexibly. Saving commuting time and saving money for commuting. Working at home allows you to have more time for yourself. You don’t have to go to work according to the inflexible hours set by the company. When you finish your job, you have more time to deal with other things.

Do you use AI in your everyday life?

I often use Siri in my life.Now everyone often uses smartphones whether to read the news or pass time. When I want to go to places I don’t know much about, I will ask Siri how to go and Siri will tell me the direction and time. Let me reach my destination more efficiently.

I think technology is harmful to me. Because now is the internet age, everyone uses technology frequently. Even a small thing will use technology. We use technology for a long time. This may hurt our eyes. We should learn how to use technology effectively. Use technology in the right way can improve our life.

Hello everyone. I am Winnie.

I major in Public Finance and Tax Administration at National Taipei University of Business.

My hobbies are playing piano and watching South Korean variety show.
